Now Hiring a Postdoc or Research Scientist (with Bachelor's or MSc degree)!
We are seeking applicants for a postdoctoral associate OR research scientist to work on pollination biology of blueberries. Specifically, the successful applicant will lead a grant-funded project exploring how the diversity and spatial arrangement of blueberry cultivars (genotypes) affects pollinator behavior, pollen flow, pollination success, and yield parameters. Additional duties and qualifications for each level of the position, and instructions on how to apply, can be found here.
Graduate students for the 2024 - 2025 academic year are welcome to contact Dr. Mallinger to discuss opportunities
MSc students can be funded through available department TAships while prospective PhD students can be funded through competitive 4-year fellowships. Please note that with rare exceptions, prospective PhD students should have already completed a relevant MSc to be competitive for a fellowship. Contact Rachel Mallinger at rachel.mallinger@ufl.edu for more information.
